For the attention of Mr. W.E. Robinson.

Dear Sir,

We confirm our telephone conversation when we requested a visit from one of your technical representatives to discuss failures of C.A.V. Voltage Regulators on Rolls-Royce and Bentley Chassis.

The matter is viewed seriously by us and we are anxious to eliminate such failures on future regulators.

Yours faithfully,

For Rolls-Royce Ltd.
