Engineer} 400g Châteauroux. 3/31.7.39. I4.B.V. Tyres. Further to yesterday's memo, we tried the car on a set of brand new Avon 6.50-16 tyres and the wandering was again in evidence. On the other hand there was more of a wind blowing. We are going to continue running on the 6.50-16 Dunlop Rayon tyres which proved so good and see what they are like in varying wind conditions. We are handing the car over to Vanvoorens to-morrow morning, until Thursday or Friday. --------- Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW{Ivan M.
