Expressing alarm over delays in releasing details for the 20/25 HP Chassis 'W' Series.

I am distinctly alarmed that we are still awaiting details to be released for these chassis, the first of which is due to road test April 13th. It is so disturbing to find this delay when we are beginning to get increased orders for these chassis. The 20/25 happens to be the one chassis selling, and it is worth while dealing promptly with it. I note from Roy{Sir Henry Royce}2/MG8.2.32 that you are waiting for a considerable quantity of instructions from the D.O., and then I note from BYZ/Cgh{W Clough}2/G10.2.32 that it is not as bad as you say and that the major portion of it is instructed.
