Description of Parts.
Altered angular position of Goshawk dynamo main brushes by which they are 9° retarded from no load neutral position, in place of 2° as heretofore.

Origin.
Desirability of improving the to the last ounce the output and commutation of the Goshawk dynamo, a protracted series of bench tests having been taken with this end in view and reported in our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T3. 5. 23.

Road Test Report.
The dynamo on 7-G-11 is at once being altered in this manner so as to be subject to the 10,000 mile road test which is being carried out on this chassis in connection with coarser teeth on rear axle bevels.

B Scrap and replace on Chassis in works.
C Scrap present stock and replace on all Chassis not yet handed to test.
D Use existing stock Alteration effective on future Chassis.
