RE ADJUSTMENT OF SLIPPER FLYWHEELS.
With reference to EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}4/F241119 and EH1/LG261119, attached, in which it is pointed out and confirmed that the best adjustment for the slipper fly wheel is that effected by reducing the number of springs to one half. Will you please adopt this as standard procedure. Since this is a matter of adjustment and not of alteration to design no standardisation sheet will be required.
