Description of Parts. OIL GUARD FOR UNIVERSAL JOINT.
Origin: To prevent oil leaks.
Experimental Test Report. Sheet metal guards fitted to sphere to prevent oil leaking out.
Road Test Report. Adopted by Springfield. Tests have been carried out at Derby to confirm. Fitted to 6.EX and 49-GB cars - run 3000 miles and 1500 miles.
