For the attention of S.H.Grylls, Esq.

20th January, 1939.

Dear Sirs,

Further to our letter of the 12th January, we would confirm that all arrangements have now been made for carrying out the necessary tool alteration required to give the extra length on the 72R wheel shell, and we have no apprehension as to our ability to maintain continuity of wheel supplies.

We find, however, that taking into account the 450 original shells already processed, we shall be left with 1,550 spoke liners of the type suitable for the old shell and for which there will now be no alternative outlet.

Their nett cost to us totals £19. 7.6d, and we are wondering if you would be agreeable to accepting a debit for this amount.

Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO., LTD.
