Chateauroux.2/5.3.38. last paragraph, we have not had any trouble whatever with a correctly fitted ball pin taper on the rear damper and roll rod links. The trouble we have experienced has been due to bad fitting, i.e. pulling up hard on to the washer instead of the taper and thus causing knocks. Caisley knows all about this particular trouble.
