In reply to the above, we have not previously carried out any work on the rear wheel drivers of the above car, with the exception that a fortnight previous to this job the offside rear wheel driver was specially lubricated in an endeavour to remedy a creak which was complained of. This lubrication was carried out whilst the Chauffeur waited but apparently the ball races also required attention and the car was returned on the 16th ult., for the work as per the above Complaint Report.
