HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} [crossed out] X191 D b. U.W. [stamped] BY1-P8.4.24. 20HP SPARKING PLUGS. We have only got some 400 plugs in stock at the moment to meet our demands for the 20HP car. I would like to know by return whether yourself and EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}, have been able to obtain better results with the improved K.L.G. plugs which have been recently submitted. The matter is most urgent, and I would like Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, and EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}, to discuss the matter and let me know whether we are justified in ordering up more like the present, or whether on the other hand they have satisfied themselves that the later K.L.G. is a definite improvement.
