WRAITH WATER CONNECTIONS.

In order to reduce cost of water connections, the final Wraith bottom tank has been detailed so that a curved hose connection is used (with a straight copper pipe) instead of a straight hose and curved pipe. This scheme is to be used on as many of the six production Wraith cars as possible and also on the first 100 production chassis. We wish to get a sample hose fitted to 26.G.VI car (in France) at the earliest possible moment.

The Leyland & Birmingham Rubber Co. have quoted us for a hose to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}492 as per attached letter, which please return, the actual hose to be used is Ew.1633 which is almost identical with Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}492.

Will you please order up enough of these hose connections to Ew.1633) for the chassis mentioned above (as per D.O. instructions) and for six experimental chassis. We agree to the tool cost quoted and wish to receive sample hose connections at theearliest possible moment (see attached copy of our letter to the Leyland & Birmingham Rubber Co.)
