Replying to Br.2/H.11.1.34.

Technically we cannot see any reason why putting a new flywheel and clutch on Mr. Potter's car should overcome his trouble. From a policy point of view it may be considered necessary to do it. We should raise no objections, but we certainly cannot recommend it.

We assume that if it is decided to fit a new flywheel and clutch you will obtain these parts from the Works in the usual way.
