Clutches supplied from Borg & Beck Ltd., We are now able to give complete make-up costs of our clutches compared with similar clutches supplied by other motor-car manufacturers in this country. Although we have recently been able to reduce the price of our clutches, to their present specification by approximately 10/-, we are still paying more than 10/- per clutch above other manufacturers. For Bentley V. {VIENNA} there appears to be no reason why we should not buy a 10" "Long" type clutch for £1.18.3d. which shows a reduction in cost of 11/9d. against the price we have paid for a Borg & Beck type 10" clutch for B.2.
