Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAGI/Dn J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Percival, Esq., 216, Broad Lane, COVENTRY. Dear Percival, Many thanks for so promptly sending the prints. These will give me all the particulars I require, as I only wanted them for comparative sizes. I notice that you had some excitement these last few nights in the Coventry district. We have had just about the same here, and possibly a bit more in Derby. We are fortunate enough to be five miles outside! Apart from the attention we have nothing to complain of. I notice that you were up for 3 1/2 hours on Monday night, and retired at 4.30 am. As we did not get the "all clear" till that time, I came to the conclusion that it was not worth while going back to bed again, as I should only have the bother of dressing again in a short time. I am glad to say that we are all well; Olive and family are staying with us this week. Kindest regards to your wife and self, and many thanks, Yours sincerely, | ||
