110 September 2nd.1937 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}2/AP. R.Cordey Esq., Wolsey Motors Ltd., Ward End, BIRMINGHAM 8 Dear Mr.Cordey, I must apologise for bothering you again, but I am having a certain amount of difficulty in 'selling' your axle rig to our Administration. There is a considerable difference of opinion as to how much such a rig would cost. I am therefore wondering whether you would be willing to let us know the approximate cost of the installation you have. One further question is to ask you whether you find that the order in which things break on endurance running on the rig is the same as the order in which they give trouble on the road. Yours sincerely, | ||
