Dear Mr. Olley,

We have your favour of the 13th. inst. regarding 3-point lubrication systems. The information which has reached England would seem to be entirely erroneous, as none of the manufacturers over here using the Bijur system have any such 3-point arrangement. We are, of course, in very close contact with the engineers of these companies and also others who are contemplating the use of central lubrication in the future, and will say that none contemplate the use of a 3-point installation.

There would seem to be no basis in the lubrication situation here to indicate why such a report should reach England. As you are no doubt aware, the methods we are using to feed the front axle on the various installations have proven eminently satisfactory, so that there is no question that the manufacturers using this construction would retain it. As regards prospective customers, we do not feel that the 3-point system would appeal to them as solving the lubrication problem satisfactorily.

Yours very truly,

BIJUR LUBRICATING CORPN.,

Sgd. T.R. Thomas.
