Cy. stated that he had written Springfield suggesting that 50 sub-frames (universal type) should be ordered, and also that U.S.A. should carry on with the Sub-frame for the time being. 2. (N). It seems desirable that present doubts on mounting should be cleared up in time for 200 order. (Effect on 'jellying'). In the case of 2. it was agreed experiments are proceeding, and that it is certainly desirable that the matter is cleared up in time for the 200 order. 3. (Crossmember fouls S.B. Tower).
