Mr. Barrington submitted a drawing showing a pneumatic tyre protected by asbestos blocks and tread. The Committee considered this invention and were of the opinion that it was of no value to the Company. 102nd Meeting Re Tyre pressure testers - note from Mr. Royce Dec. 21. 11. R11/D121011. Mr. Nadin had previously informed the Committee that he had obtained a gauge from Messrs. Schaffer & Budenburgh, and that he was obtaining a special connection with Messrs. Lucas.
