X9770 S E C R E T. & To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from R.{Sir Henry Royce} c. to CJ. BJ. E.A.C. 2 or 3. R2/M14. 8. 24. X.9770 X.8770 X. 8250. I think it very advisable for you to let WW. have a car fitted with four wheel brakes, and springs in accordance with what we have settled, to submit for Sales approval. I should prefer an EAC.2. chassis including all the [struck through text] latest parts, with the radiator having a 22" matrix, and the corresponding bonnet. Apparently this chassis would be as complete as we propose to sell it, with the exception of the improvement to the side levers which are being modified to permit of better body dimensions (See memo. tomorrow).
