Re. Chassis 67-UE - Sir Ralph Gore, Bt.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer}

Referring to BJ/Py3/D28.4.25 attached.

Toneline oil was submitted to us by our Paris Depot because of the difficulty of obtaining Prices oil in France. It was made up by the Toneline Co. to be similar to Prices oils.

It is a 10% compound oil.

We are agreed that the samples submitted by the Paris Depot were satisfactory.

The road tests were run by our Paris Dept on some of their cars before it was recommended.

Unfortunately, Toneline is not universally distributed in France. We have found it very difficult to obtain.
