Foundry Work. A meeting was held in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}'s office, the following being present:- Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Vs.{J. Vickers} Vs{J. Vickers}/Mn. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation} The following points were cleared up concerning the respective sections. "Alum8" engine. Castings for this unit to be delivered by 14th February (one set). B.40.(2 litre). Castings for this unit to be delivered by 3rd February (one set). Knagg will produce these at Derby, the patterns to be delivered by 31st. January. ------------ General. The drawing RE.106 ( C'Case and Cyls.) for the 3.25" bore version of the cast iron six, was submitted to Vs.{J. Vickers} for a preliminary survey of the following requirement:- continued. | ||
