RE LONGER BONNETS FOR 25 HP. CHASSIS.

With reference to Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}9/KW.3.12.31. we would like to point out that when suggesting that the wider dash could be introduced at the 101st chassis in "T" series, it was only intended to make the dashboard ½" wider, whereas the proposal is now to make it 2" and introduce the rivet-less type bonnet, consequently we consider that the latter proposals should be standardised after approval before we instruct same for production chassis. This procedure may, of course, mean that we may not beable to get the modification on production at 151 in "T" series, but we are asking the Works to give us the latest date on which they must cast more dashboards to maintain continuity of production.

We are arranging for a bonnet, as shown on N.Sch.3381 to be produced for the stock car, and would like to know the chassis number in due course.

We are assuming that the stock car on which it is proposed to fit the above bonnet will not have side spare wheel carriers.
