X.543. - RE STARTER SCHEME.
X.1058.

It might interest you to know that we had the Bijur traveller here yesterday, and when I informed him that we were at present engaged in making our own self starter, he raised the point that his Company would be prepared to manufacture to our designs, and incorporate any of their patents in the scheme which were necessary.

From our tests made upon the Bijur outfit, they certainly seem to be capable of doing good work, and it occurred to me that since he definitely made the statement that their Company were prepared to consider manufacture of our designs for us, that it would be of interest to you to know this fact.

Mr. Mitchell, the man in question, is certainly more of an engineer than a traveller, and seems to be thoroughly well acquainted with all the problems connected with the electrical engine starter.
