X.4288 - EXIDE 6 BXE 5 BATTERY WITH INDEPENDENTLY SUPPORTED POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE ELEMENTS.

I return herewith standardisation sheet for the above, upon which Mr. Royce has made the following remarks:-

"Agreed - Most desirable and urgent improvement. Fear all the cells with present separators and supports will soon become hopelessly leaky, i.e. internally losing the charge. I think this may be the chief reason that dynamos do not give output enough."
