Recommendation to remove the oil drain pipes for the servo bearings on the Ph.III gearbox for production models.

Ph.III Gearbox. The last 10,000 miles test car was fitted with the oil drain pipes to the servo bearings in the gearbox as on N.Sch.4582. In accordance with Edy.1/HP.14.8.35, Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} tried removing these pipes so that there was only the downward facing hole for draining the bearing. This was perfectly satisfactory as no leakage occurred.
