AGENDA FOR CONFERENCE ON SERVICE COMPLAINTS To be held on October 26th,1937. PHANTOM III COMPLAINTS BOILING The three M.K. 6 Matrices which have been reported by Depots as giving trouble have been received at W. and are undergoing tests. Results are not yet available. The Experimental Dept. hope that in a short time they will have a new fan with a double belt drive which will be available for bad cases of complaint. PETROL PUMPS The high pressure pump in the frame is regarded as a cure for all vapour lock troubles. The cost of fitting retrospectively is high and this action should be taken with discretion for difficult cases only. Works would like Service Stations to keep them informed of the behaviour of the high pressure pump, and the first one to give trouble should immediately be returned to the Experimental Department. Works have been unable to confirm the success of the raised filter which was reported by Paris. Handwritten notes: LINE UP MANUFACTURERS TESTS AMERICAN FAN BELTS NOISE OF THESE PUMPS N. TO LET W.
