Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter of the 24th instant, and the new numbers of the Silentbloc Bearings in question were given you in our letter of the 23rd instant.
Regarding your last paragraph, we would point out that if any modification is made to any of the standard Silentbloc Bearings, the modified bearing automatically receives a new number.
We can supply any of the standard bearings with chamfered ends if required.
