Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter of the 16th inst., we would advise that the Seals to which you refer therein have now come to hand. These will be rectified, fitted with phosphor bronze springs and returned to you early next week.

We have issued instructions to our Works that in future all seals despatched to your goodselves are to have marked thereon our part number. But so far as the above rectified Seals are concerned; as these are already partially made up it is not possible for us to mark them. We assure you, however, that all future consignments will be marked.

We do not think you will have any further cause for complaint, but if we can be of any assistance to you, please do not hesitate to communicate with us.

Yours faithfully,
For SUPER OIL SEAL MANFG. CO. (England) LTD.

H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Cressman
Managing Director.
