Simplification and foundry economies of removing water connection passages from the Phantom 111 upper crankcase.

It will be seen that though some simplification is effected, it is not very great. Would RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} please say whether the resulting Foundry economies will justify the modifications to the pattern which will be required.
