On F.CD.296 herewith is shewn the effect of removing the passages for the water connections to the oil radiator, from the crankcase.

It will be seen that though some simplification is effected, it is not very great.

Would RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} please say whether the resulting Foundry economies will justify the modifications to the pattern which will be required.

Detailing can be held up pending this investigation.
