WRAITH 111 - REVISED TORQUE REACTION DAMPER TO SUIT MODIFIED CRANKCASE E.CD.395.

Please receive herewith E.CD.396 Torque Reaction Damper - Wraith 111.

This modification is necessary to suit the altered position of the facing on crankcase for the damper bracket as shown on E.CD.395.

The bracket attachment to crankcase is new as also is the torque arm fixed to the chassis frame, the frame drilling will require altering to suit.

There is also shown on this drawing a slight alteration to the top end of the tubular support stay for exhaust expansion box, this has been made at the request of the tool Drawing Office, and calls for a slight alteration to the machining of a bolt boss on the crankcase. Will you also alter the corresponding part for the Bentley 111 engine to agree with this.
The new parts called for by this design should be instructed for use with altered crankcase to E.CD.395.
