We have heard of complaints from other sources in regard to these S/S rims coming off and when mentioning the matter verbally to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} recently, we gathered from him that it was now a recognised trouble and that you had persuaded, or were persuading, Dunlops that it was necessary for some form of lock to be provided to prevent this occurring. We shall be glad to know how you suggest dealing with this particular matter, in view of the exchange of wheels and tyres which Mr. Schmidt has made in order to satisfy this Client. (Sgd).
