I am sending you herewith Ignition Coil No.3414 ex Chassis 44-G-7, together with EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}'s report. You will notice that by replacing the coil on this chassis the trouble was cured and yet the coil is reported to be O.K. Will you therefore, please examine and test this coil and if possible reproduce the failure on an experimental car and let us have a report so that we may be able to reply to the attached memo.
