HOBSON, LTD. 29 & 31, VAUXHALL BRIDGE ROAD, LONDON, S.W.1. 15th November, 1926. OUR REF. AJC/AML For the attention of Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Whitehead. Messrs. Rolls Royce Limited, Coventry. Dear Sirs, With further reference to your telegram of the 13th inst., giving sizes of choke and jets for the AVT.64.B. carburetters. With regard to the jets, we presume the 98/1000" refers to the main, and the 39/1000" to the pilots. As our nearest equivalents to these are 2.5 m/m and the .95 m/m respectively, we propose to drill the jets out to these sizes and calibrate them according to the flow capacity, of which we will advise you later. Yours faithfully, H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} HOBSON, LTD., H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} T. Thump Sales Manager. [STAMP: RECEIVED 17 NOV 1926] | ||
