X. 1109 EFC. Mr. Brock. BY8/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 27. 5. 24. I am handing you herewith some material supplied to us by the Redmanol Company. They call it "Black Sheet Redmanol"; it does not appear to have been made up of a paper base. So far as I can see, it is simply "Redmanol" of the ordinary type, produced in sheets. It appears to me to be too brittle and rough to be of any real value to us, but possibly Mr.Clarke would like to look into the properties of the material closely, and Mr.Brock would like to examine the sample to see whether he is in agreement with my views or can suggest anything for which it would be useful.
