Thanks for your Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/R.30.5.38 regarding this car which, I am pleased to say, is advancing satisfactorily.

I am note quite sure however whether it will be ready in time to drive about the time of the Le Mans race but will write you again on this subject very shortly and let you have the latest position.

I have noted with interest your remarks regarding the spare wheels and the luggage accomocation and am pleased to read the news contained in the last paragraph of your memo.
