Cooling of Bentley Rear Brake Drums.

Will you please make 16 vanes in 16 gauge sheet steel similar to the aluminium sample herewith, and weld these to a Bentley near side rear brake drum (complete with hub and bearings). The vanes are only welded to the end plate, and the manner in which they fit is shown in the attached sketch.
