Dear Sirs,

We are in receipt of your letter of the 8th instant, reference Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}11/KW.

We should like our Mr. Blomeley to see you to go into this matter, but regret that it will not be possible to see you on Thursday of this week on account of him being engaged at the Commercial Show and having to return to Lincoln the same day for the General Election. Friday will, however, be quite convenient, and we shall be glad if you will advise us that this will be convenient to you.

Yours faithfully,
CLAYTON DEWANDRE CO. LTD.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER.
