DUNLOP STEEL ARTILLERY WHEELS. --------------------- I would suggest that we should at once supply the Conde del Real with a complete set of wire wheels, and have the steel wheel in question returned to Derby. Your note is of course the first/intimation we have heard of the trouble in question. If you will kindly let me know where the set of wire wheels can be despatched to, if you have made the necessary arrangements with the Conde del Real, we will see that the wheels are at once sent off, and upon receipt of the steel wheels at Derby I will give the matter my personal attention.
