X5535 9.2.31. Extract from list of suggestions made to reduce the cost of the 25 HP. chassis. X.5535. BATTERY BOX WIRING. X.6055. The wiring to the 20/25 battery box is completely enclosed in flexible metallic tubing, unions and bakelite mouldings. P2. has no such protections, the cables being led from the frame channel through a hole in the battery box side. If P.2. practice were adopted we could save Material 4. 8 1/2 Nett labour 1. 7 1/2 Total nett saving. 6. - 4. Da. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} stated that N. sch. 3169 shews this and we can go ahead and standardise in the usual way. | ||
