A.{Mr Adams} Robotham, Esq., Messrs. Rolls Royce, Ltd., Derby. Dear Bill, When in London last week I called at Conduit Street, and had an interview with Mr. Cowen in an endeavour to impress upon him that I and several of my friends are very far from satisfied with the standard of comfort provided by the Bentley. I do not think I was successful in convincing him that it ranks amongst the most uncomfortable cars on the road, but I think I did manage to convince him that I was genuinely dissatisfied with the springing. I dare say by now you will have heard something from him about the interview, and you may have got a totally different impression from his communication than from mine! I understand Mr. Hives has been promoted, will you | ||
