- 2 - Continued: The deflector and channel can be wound down and the same handle operates the deflector. The window has a separate handle. Consequently, all possible settings of deflector and window are available, like (1), and the whole can be put down out of sight as in (2). The only objection left is the two handles. It will be seen that the mechanism is very complicated and,as fitted to the Terraplane, calls for a thick door. I have told the Quickthro representative about the scheme.
