COPY. (5) accounts for almost one-half of the total expense per annum and in addition a plant is provided which will give 448 kilowatts against our present maximum demand of 315. At present the stand-by is very large owing to the fact that we should have a plant capable of dealing with 50% more than our maximum load. In the corporation stations the stand-by plant very often need not exceed 25% of the total installation. T. N. The above figures with the exception of the engines and dynamos are only estimated. | ||
