Thank you for your EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}1/LG7.4.22. We understand that whatever is the cause of this joggling of the steering it is eliminated by adding friction. We expected that this would be the case, and the fact that this phenomena appeared on the earliest Goshawk cars tends to confirm us in our view that it is due to gyroscopic action. There is sufficient HP. in the gyroscopics to account for all the phenomena.
