Chloride ELECTRICAL STORAGE COMPANY LIMITED -2- Messrs.Rolls-Royce Limited. We shall be glad to have your comments on this question of the actual battery with which you would like your new battery to be interchangeable. At the same time will you please inform us whether you have a definite preference for a particular material for the containers, whether you desire to continue with the use of ebonite, or alternatively some composition such as Dagenite. The design throughout we understand is to have in mind a nominal working life of 4 years. Yours faithfully, THE CHLORIDE ELECTRICAL STORAGE COMPANY, LTD. [Signature: E C McKinnon] Chief Engineer.
