-2- (8) EB.4071 std. cylinder head as specified in original memo, incorporating modification (EB.4915) to suit coolant jets. EB.4917 cylinder joint gasket. (9) Valves and Fittings. (a) Strengthened exhaust valves EB.4845. (b) Seal washers EW.2260 in inlet valve spring caps. (c) All spring caps to Ex.32222. (d) Existing flat bottom tappets if free from cracks. (e) Motor Component inlet valves as originally specified for No.1 unit. (f) EB.4516 - .4 carbon push rods with E.89386 adjusting screws. (10) New Wraith III carburetter, induction system and air silencer complete to production LOP's. (11) B.H. Monichrome camshaft ExS.76778 with Wraith cam forms as EW.1023 and originally instructed for No.1 unit, likewise the Attwater camwheel (ExS.1309/10) with the end float limited to .004. Plunger should be in S/ZN to Ex.1767. (12) Existing dynamo drive to be used and checked over to note O.K. Retain/Metalastik coupling but specify new dynamo. /existing (13) Simplified oil filter in lower half SCD.1038 as specified for No.1 unit. (14) Flywheel and clutch as specified for No.1 unit. Other parts as existing if in good condition. NO.1 UNIT. Regarding this unit, the specification will now be as follows in view of enforced change. Crankcase and Bearings.
