Dear Sirs,
For the attention of Mr. Martindale.
We have tried two or three times within the last two days to get in touch with you by 'phone but have been unsuccessful.
We wanted to let you know in connection with the GIRLING BRAKES we are making for the Bentley Axle that on assembling same we ran up against one or two unforseen difficulties and we regret to say that it will now be about the middle of the week commencing August 10th before delivery can be made, as our Works close down tonight until August 10th.
We very much regret that this should have occured but assure you that everything will be done at this end to expedite delivery when our Works reopen.
Yours faithfully,
for NEW HUDSON LTD.,
Alex Fraser
WORKS MANAGER.
