'K.S.' TELEGAUGE.

Bs.{A J. Barnes - Assistant Manager}10/M5.10.28.

The K.S. Telegauge was standardised for both chassis. Sheets were fully signed up, and in accordance with the usual practice we had arranged to bring it in on Series H.2 for the 40/50 HP. and 'O' series for the 20 HP.

After we had ordered the material Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} came to see us to get to know whether we could stop the material, as they had come to the conclusion that the gauge under certain conditions would function incorrectly. He stated that the Experimental Dept. thought they could get the matter right fairly quickly, but would like more time. We therefore cancelled the material and reverted to the old type.

The Experimental Department asked us to write Sales and tell you that whilst we had stopped the scheme for standard they did not wish to prevent customers having it fitted where they asked specially for same.

By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}
