X.3461b To Bn.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/LG9.2.20. X.3461b. REAR SHOCK ABSORBERS. X.3912. On the chassis we are running on the bumping rig we find that the lubricator in the end of the shock absorber arm fouls the cover for the rear brakes. We consider that in getting out the new arm, with the taper serrations, we should try and fix the lubricator in a different position sothat it cannot foul the brake covers.
