re Brakes.
At a discussion with Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} I have agreed that although we do not think very highly of the Lockheed brake hook-up at the present time, it would be useful to carry on a small development to get some experience with it. Martindale has a scheme for dual operation, which appears to be an improvement on the present known method.
I should be glad if you would arrange for our brake specialists to cooperate with him in this development.
E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
