With further reference to R.1/ML.3.33., second paragraph. The reason why we changed over from the Le Carbon Z grade brush to Morganite was purely one of policy the Morganite being British and the Le Carbon French.

As a matter of fact there appears to be very little difference in performance, wear, and noise between the two brushes.
